BUYING AN AUTOMATA FROM MY WEB SHOP

Automata listed ready to send out will be posted in two working days.

Automata reading made to order from the online shop will be posted out to you within 2 - 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. 

Bespoke commissioned pieces may take up to 4 -6 weeks but do get in touch if you have a specific date in mind and I’ll let you know if I can work to that. Once a commissioned piece has been agreed a none refundable 25% deposit of the total is required.

For UK customers the price on the website includes all postage and packaging.  *

For international orders please contact me so I can figure out the best option for your delivery. An additional cost will then need to be added to cover postage. 

All packages  posted will be tracked to ensure safe delivery. I use 100% recyclable packaging to send my automata.   

Customs/ Import Tax

Do you live outside of the UK, you may have to pay customs and import tax that may be charged on arrival. It’s up to you to check this and pay the fees. Charges differ from country to country.

* I am unable to post out chapel chair automata due to their size. Buyers must arrange their own courier collection

RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with you purchase please contact me within 14 days so we can organise a refund or exchange. The piece must be returned in pristine condition before a refund will be processed - return postage is not covered.

All items are entirely hand-made so slight variations are not only inevitable but desirable.
